Radio Shack offer what are called 'inverters'. These are devices that convert DC (Typical Car Power) to AC to run small electrical appliances such as lap top computers and other 115V appliances that folks want to travel with.

Many folks ask us about using a Thermotex pad in their car or truck. It's easy, just head down to Radio Shack and KV-75 (Radio Shack Catalog Number 22-153 or 22-154.

Will power all the Thermotex units except the TTS Professional. Power consumption on the Thermotex units vary between 8 Watts (wrist) and 36 Watts (TTS-Platinum). The TTS Professional is 95 Watts so the larger capacity unit below would be needed.
